Job Description

• Manage and maintain PC Hardware Asset and Software Application.
• Monitor and manage network devices such as router, switches, access points, printer and etc.
• Support Microsoft Dynamic NAV ERP System.
• Provide 1st level support to customers by remotely or onsite support.
• Able to manage and handle IT related project.
• Perform any ad-hoc task given by Superior.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Computer Science and above or Bachelor’s Degree in computer science and above.
• At least 1-2 years related experience in IT support field are preferred.
• Fresh Graduated are encourage to apply.
• Having knowledge in Microsoft related product, IT Network Infrastructure, PC Hardware troubleshooting are required.
• Prior experience with ERP systems is strongly beneficial
• Having knowledge in data analysis or system reporting is required.
• Good Interpersonal and Communication skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Required Language(s) : English , Malay or Chinese
