Job Description

• Work closely with HR Business Partners to support multiple business units within the organization.
• Assist in the implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
• Support day-to-day HR operations and handle administrative tasks.
• Prepare and analyze HR reports, including training and leave data.
• Verify employee details for reference checks and coordinate exit interviews.
• Manage the e-learning platform and organize internal and external training sessions.
• Handle applications and claims for training grants under the Human Resource Development Corporation (HRDC).
• Maintain and update training systems with accurate records.
• Conduct post-training evaluations, compile feedback, and propose enhancements for future sessions.

Job Requirements

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
3. A collaborative mindset with a strong interest and curiosity in HR functions.
4. Strong communication skills in English.
5. Detail-oriented, with good interpersonal skills and a high level of discipline and confidentiality.
6. Availability for a minimum internship duration of 5 months is preferred.
