• Able to compile and analyze business information and requirements, understand the changes, and ensure alignment between System and Process that has impact by Workday implementation.

• Able to write project documentation including Functional specifications, business process maps, business process procedure, business impact analysis, Training Materials, Test scenarios and Test Scripts.

• Able to facilitate system build to assure and maintain HR system functionality to meet business requirement which include configuration and other system integration.

• Perform smoke or functional/integration testing.

• Able to facilitate business user during execution of Business End to End Testing and Train the Trainer Outline meeting minutes that are emphasizes on action and follow up on deliverables with the appropriate parties

Education / Professional Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields like business management, computer science or closely related field.

• Minimum of 2-3 years' experience of Workday Implementation experience preferably with an implementation partner. 

• Experience in HR process and systems, especially in Workday functional areas such as Core HCM, Recruitment, Absence, Compensation, Learning, Talent & Performance, Time Tracking and Expense (is a plus)

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate a significant amount of information with diligence and accuracy.

• Agile and ability to adapt to the constants change through innovation.

• Experience in regional projects with multi-country and multi-language rollout.

• Good people skills to effectively interact with project team stakeholders.

• Familiarity with relevant projects or documentation tools e.g., Microsoft Visio, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and others
