Tasks &amp; responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Assist in managing and updating product listings in the e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy in product descriptions, pricing and inventory level.</li>
<li>Assist with the processing of online orders, including order tracking, customer communication, and coordinating with the warehouse team.</li>
<li>Provide assistance to the customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.</li>
<li>Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and logistics, to ensure a cohesive and efficient e-commerce operation.</li>
</ul>
