Job Description
We are seeking a young, cheerful, optimistic and energetic General Admin cum Sales/Marketing Support person to join us.&nbsp;
In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth flowing of day-to-day admin of the company as well as to support the sales activities by developing and executing marketing campaigns that promote our software products and drive sales.&nbsp;
In the near immediate future, the main job involves:

<li>Attention To Detail is a MUST. Making sure that all details are accurate and align with our brand standards.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing sales reports.</li>
<li>Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media and paid advertising, to drive sales.</li>
<li>Work closely with the sales team to generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities.</li>
<li>Create compelling marketing/ sales materials, including presentations, case studies, and proposals, that help close deals.</li>
<li>Manage the company's social media accounts, including responding to user inquiries.</li>
<li>Ensure the office is well-maintained, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.</li>
<li>Accurately input and update data in various databases and systems.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records and files for easy retrieval.</li>
<li>Prepare reports, memos, and other documents as requested.</li>
<li>Participate in special projects and tasks as assigned by management.</li>
<li>Collaborate with product teams to create user onboarding and activation strategies that drive product adoption and retention.</li>
