Job Description

• As a Business Development / Marketing Intern, you will assist the team in identifying potential clients, promoting the company's offerings, and engaging with clients. You'll collaborate with engineering, design, and production departments to ensure solutions meet client specifications while gaining practical experience in healthcare and technology solutions.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
• Research and identify potential clients in the target market, assessing their business and equipment needs.
• Work alongside design and production teams to implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Coordinate with engineers and clients to ensure the timely delivery of product specifications as per agreements.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products, processes, and operations, while keeping informed about industry developments.
• Deliver customer support and basic training to assist users in learning and utilizing the product.
• Support the resolution of business-related and customer concerns.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, IT, Healthcare Management, or related fields.
• Minimum internship duration of 4 months.
• Willing and able to relocate to Johor Bahru (JB). 
• Good communication skills in English
• Comfortable interacting with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
