Job Description
Responsible for the overall operation of the factory, including production organization, on-time delivery, yield and loss control, labor efficiency management, work-in-progress (WIP) inventory management, and production cycle management.
Manages departments such as Production, Equipment, Process, and Industrial Engineering (IE).
Reports directly to the General Manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above；
- At least 5 years of work experience in SMT or automotive electronics；
- Proficient in at least one of the following languages: English or Malay； knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin) is an added advantage.
- Work experience outside of China
Skills Required:
- Familiar with SMT workflows and management methods.
- Experience in managing production or technical teams.
