Job Description

• Operational Excellence: Manage and optimize logistics operations, coordinating transportation activities to guarantee timely and accurate deliveries.  
• Budget Management: Collaboratively plan and oversee the transportation and fulfillment budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.  
• Inventory Supervision: Keep a vigilant eye on warehouse inventory levels, making adjustments as needed to meet demand.  
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure all operations comply with relevant safety regulations, processes, and quality standards, maintaining a safe working environment.  
• Coordination and Liaison: Act as the central point of contact between internal teams and external partners, solving issues and fostering strong relationships.  
• Customer Satisfaction: Elevate the customer experience by maintaining prompt communication and resolving requests swiftly.  
• Documentation and Reporting: Ensure the accuracy of all logistical documentation and maintain up-to-date records and reports to reflect the status of the warehouse. 

Job Requirements

• Educational Background: A Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related business field.     

• Experience: At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in logistics or a similar field. Fresh graduates with a strong desire to learn are also encouraged to apply.  

• Soft Skills: Can speak & write in Mandarin fluently to deal with China-related shipments. Exceptional communication abilities to interact effectively across all organizational levels. Time management skills and problem-solving skills       

• Attitude: A resilient 'can-do' approach, readiness to tackle challenges, and a sense of urgency in task completion     

• Growth Mindset: A keenness to learn and be coached, with an open-minded attitude towards personal and professional development.
