CAR PARK ROUNDING &amp; TRAFFIC CONTROL
<ol>
<li>Conduct scheduled car park inspections (rounding) to check the following:</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Lighting conditions</li>
<li>Directional signage conditions</li>
<li>Car park equipment</li>
<li>Fixtures within the car park belonging to Snatch P</li>
<li>Cleanliness (signage, car park floor, equipment, etc.)</li>
<li>Any incidents or irregularities</li>
<li>Perform traffic control during peak hours to ensure smooth traffic flow.</li>
</ul>
<ol>
<li>Identify defects within the car park and report any unusual occurrences to the superior.</li>
<li>Assist parkers at entry and exit points to ensure smooth access to and from the car park.</li>
<li>Ensure vehicles are parked properly within designated parking bays and carry out clamping procedures when required.</li>
</ol>
CAR PARK CLEANLINESS
<ol>
<li>Ensure all car park equipment, signage, the car park management office, and any other assets belonging to Snatch P are kept clean and in good condition.</li>
<li>Maintain the overall cleanliness of the car park environment at all times.</li>
</ol>
CUSTOMER SERVICE &amp; ASSISTANCE
<ol>
<li>Greet customers politely and provide assistance when required.</li>
<li>Ensure all customer complaints are handled professionally and reported through the proper channels.</li>
<li>Rectify complaints immediately where possible, or inform the immediate superior as soon as possible.</li>
<li>Respond to equipment breakdown calls and perform basic troubleshooting when necessary.</li>
</ol>
OTHER DUTIES
Perform any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.
