Job Description

CAR PARK ROUNDING & TRAFFIC CONTROL

1. Conduct scheduled car park inspections (rounding) to check the following:

• Lighting conditions
• Directional signage conditions
• Car park equipment
• Fixtures within the car park belonging to Snatch P
• Cleanliness (signage, car park floor, equipment, etc.)
• Any incidents or irregularities
• Perform traffic control during peak hours to ensure smooth traffic flow.

1. Identify defects within the car park and report any unusual occurrences to the superior.
2. Assist parkers at entry and exit points to ensure smooth access to and from the car park.
3. Ensure vehicles are parked properly within designated parking bays and carry out clamping procedures when required.

CAR PARK CLEANLINESS

1. Ensure all car park equipment, signage, the car park management office, and any other assets belonging to Snatch P are kept clean and in good condition.
2. Maintain the overall cleanliness of the car park environment at all times.

CUSTOMER SERVICE & ASSISTANCE

1. Greet customers politely and provide assistance when required.
2. Ensure all customer complaints are handled professionally and reported through the proper channels.
3. Rectify complaints immediately where possible, or inform the immediate superior as soon as possible.
4. Respond to equipment breakdown calls and perform basic troubleshooting when necessary.

OTHER DUTIES

Perform any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

Education:
Minimum Secondary School / SPM or equivalent.

Experience:
Prior experience in car park operations, security, or customer service will be an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies:
