Job Description
What you'll be doing
- Coordinate and process sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Maintain close communication with clients, responding to inquiries and providing updates on order status
- Collaborate with the sales and production teams to facilitate the successful delivery of products and services
- Assist with the preparation of sales proposals, quotes, and other client-facing documentation
- Provide administrative support to the sales department, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and customer service
