<p>As a Service Crew member at Space &amp; Time Cube, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in delivering a smooth, enjoyable, and memorable immersive experience. You will assist guests throughout their visit, ensure safety and operational standards are met, and help maintain the overall atmosphere and image of the venue.&nbsp;</p>

<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Warmly greet guests and guide them through the experience, including a brief introduction to the flow, rules, and safety guidelines</li>
<li>Assist and monitor guests during the experience to ensure safety, order, and a positive environment at all times</li>
<li>Respond to basic guest inquiries and provide on-the-spot assistance to resolve minor issues or concerns</li>
<li>Stay alert to any abnormalities, technical issues, or emergencies and report them promptly to the supervisor</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of all experience zones, common areas, and guest pathways</li>
<li>Support basic equipment checks and ensure experience areas are well-prepared before and after each session</li>
<li>Assist with opening, closing, and daily operational duties as required</li>
<li>Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations</li>
<li>Uphold company policies, operational procedures, and service standards at all times</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Compensation &amp; Incentives</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Basic salary / hourly pay</strong> (based on position and experience)</li>
<li><strong>Performance-based commission</strong> will be paid when team sales targets are achieved</li>
<li>Commission structure and targets will be explained during training</li>
</ul>
