Job Description

As a Service Crew member at Space & Time Cube, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in delivering a smooth, enjoyable, and memorable immersive experience. You will assist guests throughout their visit, ensure safety and operational standards are met, and help maintain the overall atmosphere and image of the venue. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet guests and guide them through the experience, including a brief introduction to the flow, rules, and safety guidelines
  • Assist and monitor guests during the experience to ensure safety, order, and a positive environment at all times
  • Respond to basic guest inquiries and provide on-the-spot assistance to resolve minor issues or concerns
  • Stay alert to any abnormalities, technical issues, or emergencies and report them promptly to the supervisor
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of all experience zones, common areas, and guest pathways
  • Support basic equipment checks and ensure experience areas are well-prepared before and after each session
  • Assist with opening, closing, and daily operational duties as required
  • Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Uphold company policies, operational procedures, and service standards at all times

Compensation & Incentives

  • Basic salary / hourly pay (based on position and experience)
  • Performance-based commission will be paid when team sales targets are achieved
  • Commission structure and targets will be explained during training

Job Requirements

  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude
  • Able to communicate clearly and confidently with guests
  • Responsible, attentive, and able to handle situations calmly under pressure
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and follow assigned schedules
  • Punctual, reliable, and a strong team player
  • Able to stand and move around for extended periods during shifts
  • Maintain a neat, professional appearance and positive work attitude to represent the brand image
  • Prior customer service or hospitality experience is an advantage, but not required (training will be provided)
