Job Description
- Communicating with tenants and landlords in regards to tenancy agreement stamping, Allianz insurance policy issues, resolving tenancy issues, and managing conflict between landlords and tenants.
- Handing eviction processes with extra care and awareness.
- Monitoring and oversight of day-to-day operational duties.
- Identification of issues that may affect sales (Pre & post) or delivery of services and creation of solutions to promptly address problems.
- Development of strategies and procedures that potentially increase efficiency and maximize client satisfaction.
- Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures from time to time.
- Contract Basis: 2 weeks contract - 3 months contract - 1 year contract
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualifications (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Possess a service-oriented mindset with excellent communication/etiquette skills.
- Good verbal and written communication in Bahasa Melayu & English
- Strength in communication and competence in consulting and giving accurate directions to customers.
- Positive & serving attitude, professionalism, patience, friendliness, and customer engagement, continuously demonstrating confidence, reliability, and integrity in difficult situations.
- Added advantage if you have the ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Willing to work on shift hours and day
