Key Accountabilities
<ul>
<li>Gain an awareness of the necessary level of financial control for projects; learning how to budget, forecast, invoice and maintain tight management of ongoing project budgets.</li>
<li>Gain a good understanding of internal department roles, project stages and administrative processes to aid the smooth management from initial brief to final build, delivery and project reporting.</li>
<li>Respond to client requirements as specified in the contract or SLA.</li>
<li>Act as a primary point of contact for client needs requirements and expectations with regards to assigned project.</li>
</ul>

Key Roles
<ul>
<li>Primary contact for the assigned project on service delivery and support the Project Manager in identifying growth opportunities and contract profitability.</li>
<li>Support end-to-end planning, build and delivery of assigned project.</li>
<li>Assist with managing the delivery output process, including briefing client feedback to team members and assist in managing delivery of key stages of work.</li>
<li>Major contribution to overall client satisfaction for project delivery.</li>
<li>Address performance in troubled units/departments to achieve productivity objectives.</li>
<li>Provide input of key documents into project/account repositories.</li>
<li>Manage backup/recovery plans, disaster backup scenarios, capacity management and risk management, communication with the client and business compliance to industry rules and guidance.</li>
