Job Description

Client & Account Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and partners.
     
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
     
  • Understand client objectives and translate them into clear project briefs.
     
  • Handle client inquiries, proposals, quotations, and contracts.
     

Project Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, operations) to ensure timely project delivery.

  • Ensure projects meet client and company standards.
     

Business Support

  • Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and post-project summaries.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
     
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or client servicing (agency or event experience is a plus).
     
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
     
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
     
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and solution-focused.
     
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
