In the Sales Team Lead role, you'd be responsible for your own team in driving the company's revenue growth. You will be managing a team of Business Consultants (who are the deal closers for leads within our inbound &amp; outbound sales pipeline) by understanding the requirements of SME business owners, and conducting product demonstrations all the way to handling pricing negotiations.
You don’t need to be an expert or know everything about our industry (even we don’t!). But the work is challenging, fast paced, and always on the bleeding edge. So, we’re looking for someone with a curious mind, a strong drive to make things happen, and a passion to keep improving yourself.
What you will do:

<li>Lead and align Business Consultants (BCs) to the goals set by the company</li>
<li>Understand and analyse blockers in our current marketplace, then develop strategies and next steps as feedback to the leadership team and country sales manager</li>
<li>Carry a percentage of Revenue of the sales team’s quota and drive the BCs team to hit monthly targets</li>
<li>Train our Malaysian Business Consultants on sales techniques/skills, process, and product knowledge</li>
<li>Responsible for KPIs and goals of your team of Business Consultants</li>
<li>Curate and communicate country-specific product and pricing feedback and opportunities</li>
<li>Represent StoreHub by assisting to manage and close large corporate client deals</li>
