<li>Conduct requirements gathering and system studies to understand business and operational needs.</li>
<li>Lead and facilitate application training sessions for users and stakeholders.</li>
<li>Provide application support, configuration, and customization to meet client requirements.</li>
<li>Participate in and support end-to-end project implementation activities.</li>
<li>Perform data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.</li>
<li>To manage all LIS customers and implement and support at new sites.</li>
<li>&nbsp;To work closely with our LIS vendor (Raksa) on development of LIS&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare and maintain system documentation and reports as required.</li>
<li>Adhere to Company’s policies and compliances.</li>
<li>Complete any mandatory trainings as required by the Company.</li>
</ol>
<p>Any other duties as instructed by the Reporting Officer or Management&nbsp;</p>
