Job Description

1. Provide technical support and product demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our industrial assembly tools, mold & die components, stud welding equipment, and painting tools.
2. Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.
3. Conduct on-site visits to customer facilities to assess their current processes and identify opportunities for improvement using our products.
4. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to customers, highlighting the value proposition of our offerings.
5. Assist in the development of sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the designated territory.
6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
7. Provide after-sales support to customers, including troubleshooting technical issues and providing training on product usage and maintenance.
8. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.

Job Requirements

1. Possess a Diploma in Engineering or a related technical field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the industrial tools or engineering components sector.
3. Demonstrated ability to understand and explain technical product specifications and applications to potential customers.
4. Proficiency in conducting product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase the features and benefits of our industrial assembly tools, automation products related and etc.
5. Strong problem-solving skills to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions from our product range.
6. Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, enabling effective interaction with a diverse customer base.
7. Experience in managing sales pipelines and tracking customer interactions using CRM software.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
9. Willingness to travel to customer sites within the Perai / Shah Alam region for product demonstrations, technical support, and sales presentations.
10. Knowledge of industrial assembly tools (pneumatic, electrical, and power), stud welding, welding equipment & accessories, and painting tools is highly desirable.
