<li>Monitor daily sales performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.</li>

<li>Conduct regular market visits to monitor outlet coverage, in-store execution, and performance standards.</li>
<li>Provide coaching and on-the-job guidance to improve sales capabilities.</li>
<li>Maintain strong knowledge of assigned sales routes and customer base.</li>
<li>Plan and optimize route coverage to maximize efficiency and business opportunities.</li>
<li>Conduct joint calls and control visits to ensure proper execution.</li>
<li>Review and evaluate salesman performance daily and monthly against targets.</li>
<li>Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners and key outlets.</li>
<li>Monitor competitor activities and provide timely market intelligence reports.</li>
<li>Ensure proper implementation of cycle plans, promotions, and company initiatives.</li>
<li>Oversee stock receiving, reconciliation, and allocation processes.</li>
<li>Ensure accurate inventory records and timely stock distribution to the field force.</li>
