A world of wonder awaits you.About the job<ul><li>Acquire knowledge and expertise in our financial planning application Anaplan and take responsibility for its frontend (apps, planning and reporting pages, dashboards, worksheets) as well as backend (integrations to other systems, calculation logics, modules interdependency). Contribute to the strengthening of the Anaplan Center of Excellence @ Swarovski.</li><li>Act as a point of contact for Anaplan stakeholders such as Global and Local Controllers, Sales and Marketing teams etc. during the execution of financial planning processes.</li><li>Partner with DATA and IT teams to ensure relevant data is integrated throughout our IT landscape (maintain mapping layers of the inbound and outbound Anaplan data flows).</li><li>Oversee and manage the enhancement roadmap of the financial planning application through incremental sprints (agile project management).</li><li>Define the technical solutions fitting into the overall architecture, own testing cycles when new functionalities are being implemented to ensure seamless usability for users across teams.</li><li>Document and control planning models to ensure they are meeting business requirements, logical, robust, and scalable.</li><li>Proactively support issue resolution during process or project delivery to avoid delays or any other form of negative impact to a service or project.</li><li>Provide guidance and user training to raise competence, awareness, and technical skills in relation to planning</li></ul>About youWe are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:<ul><li>3–5 years of experience working with financial planning tools such as Oracle, SAP, or Pigment.
