- involve in recruitment process (recruit internal sales personnel with a monthly target)
- writing of job advertisements, calling of candidates and attending at front desk
- administration includes filing, scanning, emails and data-entry of sales reports & etc
- closing of weeklt sales report with zero mistake
- to meet monthly recruitment target as set by the management
- doing up weekly & monthly reports as required by the management
- attend ad-hoc tasks as required by the directors and managers
Secondary role:
- upkeep of office location (teamwork with peers)
- attend team-night activities
