<li>Mainly responsible for HRDC file submission and query issue.</li>
<li>Course Registration in E-Tris system.</li>
<li>Assisting Salesperson in completing HRDC documentations (JD14 and T3 Form).</li>
<li>Develop efficient HRDC documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records.</li>
<li>Direct contact clients to get the JD14 form signed and complete the T3 form before submission.</li>
<li>Contact HRDC personnel to get missing information / answer queries / chase payment update.</li>
<li>Full administrative support in various aspects of sales tasks .</li>
<li>Ad hoc task : Handle ePerolehan, other related portal for government &amp; GLC tender such as Sennego, Sistem Tender Online Selangor, UiTM FinEPortal &amp; etc.</li>
<li>Assist salesperson to complete vendor registration form and tender documentations.</li>
<li>Other ad hoc tasks when requested by HOD/Management</li>
<li>Assist Sales person for any documentation or task relates to sales</li>
