Job Description

 WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Mainly responsible for HRDC file submission and query issue.
  • Course Registration in E-Tris system.
  • Assisting Salesperson in completing HRDC documentations (JD14 and T3 Form).
  • Develop efficient HRDC documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records.
  • Direct contact clients to get the JD14 form signed and complete the T3 form before submission.
  • Contact HRDC personnel to get missing information / answer queries / chase payment update.
  • Full administrative support in various aspects of sales tasks .
  • Ad hoc task : Handle ePerolehan, other related portal for government & GLC tender such as Sennego, Sistem Tender Online Selangor, UiTM FinEPortal & etc.
  • Assist salesperson to complete vendor registration form and tender documentations.
  • Other ad hoc tasks when requested by HOD/Management
  • Assist Sales person for any documentation or task relates to sales

Job Requirements

 WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • At least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field .
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in sales assistant, administration or related field .
  • Good command of both written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Computer literacy with practical experience in MS Office.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED IF YOU ARE:

  • Experience in handling HRDC submission is an extra advantage.
  • Possess good interpersonal skill & strong communication.
