Job Description
- Support the team’s organization by managing records, entering data, and maintaining orderly files.
- Enter supplier invoices into the system and confirm payment details for accuracy.
- Assist with routine administrative duties to ensure efficient office operations.
- Research and select the most suitable suppliers or vendors for upcoming projects.
- Coordinate with suppliers to request quotations and track invoice progress.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing or holding a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks at once.
- Must be open to working on-site in Puchong, Selangor.
