The Operation Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating the company’s daily e-commerce and operational activities, including order fulfillment, inventory coordination, live-selling operations, campaign preparation, and cross-department communication to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Monitor and coordinate daily operations for TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other sales platforms.</li>
<li>Ensure customer orders are processed, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.</li>
<li>Coordinate with the Warehouse team regarding stock availability and replenishment.</li>
<li>Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items to the relevant department.</li>
<li>Prepare and coordinate operational requirements for sales campaigns (e.g., 8.8, 9.9, 10.10).</li>
<li>Coordinate live-selling schedules, product arrangements, and operational support for Live Hosts.</li>
<li>Work closely with Customer Service, Production, Marketing, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth order flow.</li>
<li>Generate and update operational reports, sales reports, and inventory records.</li>
<li>Investigate and resolve operational issues such as delayed orders, missing items, or stock discrepancies.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational standards.</li>
<li>Assist in improving operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.</li>
<li>Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.</li>
</ul>

• Run e-commerce ops: fulfill orders, pack &amp; ship, track stock, resolve delays.
• Run TikTok Shop, Shopee &amp; live sales; prep for peak campaigns (8.8, 9.9, 10.10).
• Own campaign &amp; live-sale execution, streamline ops and gain high cross-team exposure!
