Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the promotion of HRDF claimable training programmes. This role will focus on driving enrolments, increasing brand visibility among HR practitioners, and ensuring alignment with Human Resources Development Corporation (HRD Corp) requirements. The ideal candidate understands the B2B training landscape and can effectively position programmes to corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote HRDF claimable courses to corporate clients
  • Drive lead generation and conversions for training programmes (public & in-house)
  • Plan and manage digital campaigns (LinkedIn, email marketing, paid ads, webinars, etc.)
  • Build strong brand positioning as a preferred HRDF training provider
  • Work closely with sales teams to align campaigns with enrolment targets
  • Develop marketing materials (brochures, course decks, landing pages) compliant with HRDF guidelines
  • Organize and promote webinars, previews, and corporate engagement sessions
  • Manage partnerships with industry bodies, HR communities, and corporate clients
  • Track campaign performance and optimize based on data insights (CPL, conversion rate, ROI)
  • Monitor market trends in L&D, upskilling, and HRDF funding utilization

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • More than 8 years of marketing experience, preferably in training, education, or B2B services
  • Experience in a leadership or manangerial role
  • Strong understanding of HRDF / HRD Corp claimable training frameworks
  • Prior experience working with HRDF claimable programmes or registered training providers
  • Experience in event/webinar marketing and corporate partnerships
  • Experience marketing to HR leaders, L&D managers, and corporate decision-makers
  • Proven track record in lead generation and campaign performance
  • Familiar with digital marketing tools (CRM, Google Analytics, email automation, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
