As we expand, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Ecommerce Customer Service &amp; Operations Executive to manage customer interactions and oversee backend operations.&nbsp;

Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Handle customer enquiries and responses on Shopee, Lazada, website, Facebook and Instagram</li>
<li>Handle order related matters, including order confirmation, shipping status tracking and return/exchange processing</li>
<li>Resolve customer complaints and issues and track the progress of problems, providing timely and effective solutions.</li>
<li>Monitor stock levels to ensure adequate product availability</li>
<li>Maintain communication with the warehouse to ensure timely replenishment and accurate management of inventory.</li>
<li>Monitor stock to ensure stock reaches trigger points and make replenishment orders</li>
<li>Collect customer feedback, analyse customer needs and expectations and provide recommendations for improvement</li>
<li>Participate in developing and optimising customer service processes to enhance service quality</li>
<li>Regularly analyse customer service data and trends, and propose improvement measures</li>
<li>Research and expand brand-related peripheral products, identify quality suppliers, and manage vendor communication</li>
