We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Documentation Specialist. This is an entry-level position suitable for fresh graduates or SPM school leavers. Full training will be provided.Ā
Job Requirements
- Prepare, review, and update logistics and shipping documents (e.g. invoices, packing lists, DOs, B/L, customs forms).
Ā - Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation before submission.
Ā - Maintain organized records of documents (physical and digital).
Ā - Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and service providers on documentation requirements.
Ā - Assist in handling basic import/export paperwork as required.
