Job Description

• Attend to daily administrative duty to ensure selective invoices are uploaded into customers' portal timely and accurately as instructed by regional credit & collections team

• Assist AR team to create and issue manual DN/CN/Invoice for trade, non-trade and interco as per company guidelines

• Access to relevant bank portals to download daily bank statements and upload the details into respective shared folders as per company's SOP

• Support daily cash application / receipting functions for TDD MY, SG, HK to ensure all payment received are updated into ERP system timely and accurately as per agreed SLA

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager/supervisor from time to time
