Job Description
1. Recover from equipment breakdowns and carry out scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) to enhance equipment reliability and reduce downtime. 2. Assist production processes, which include machine conversions, equipment setups, and process modifications to fulfill output targets. 3. Analyze and resolve equipment-related problems such as production losses, excessive rejections, prolonged index times, and quality issues, while implementing effective corrective and preventive measures. 4. Collaborate with vendors and machinery manufacturers to tackle technical challenges, facilitate improvements, and assist with the introduction or transfer of new equipment. 5. Uphold workplace discipline through 5S methodologies, accurate documentation, and the establishment of preventive maintenance and operational standards.Job Requirements

The Equipment Engineer (Finishing Process) is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving equipment performance for machine able operations and achievement of production targets. The role requires close collaboration with production, vendors, to drive continuous improvement, enhance equipment reliability, and support factory initiatives. Good command of Mandarin will be an advantage, as the role requires liaising with our HQ in Taiwan.
