Job Description: As an Account &amp; Admin Executive, you’ll support our finance and administrative teams in day-to-day operations, accounting processes and office management. This role is perfect for those who want to build foundational skills in a dynamic and mission-driven environment.&nbsp;
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Assist with accounting tasks: Support the preparation of payment listings, invoice processing and reconciliation of inter-company transactions.</li>
<li>Aid in documentation: Help maintain accurate financial records, filing systems and administrative reports.</li>
<li>Support compliance: Assist in preparing audit schedules, tax filings and liaising with external partners (e.g., auditors, secretary and vendors).</li>
<li>Data management: Update spreadsheets, track expenses and ensure accuracy in financial and administrative databases.</li>
<li>Admin duties: Provide general office support, including coordinating meetings, managing correspondence and organizing supplies.</li>
<li>Ad-hoc projects: Contribute to process improvements, event coordination or other tasks as needed.</li>
</ul>
