Job Description

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
   
• Ensure all food produced meets quality, portion, and hygiene requirements.
   
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas and equipment.
   
• Assist in monitoring stock levels and handling inventory control.
   
• Support the Head Chef or Kitchen Supervisor in daily kitchen operations.
   
• Comply with food handling, sanitation, and safety standards.
   
• Contribute ideas for menu improvement and special promotions.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent work experience.
   
• Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or hotel kitchen is an advantage.
   
• Strong passion for cooking and continuous learning.
   
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
   
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
   
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
