<li>To prepare payment vouchers to suppliers and update bank book.</li>
<li>To sort out and filing supplier invoices, payment vouchers, official receipts and statements.</li>
<li>Liasing with suppliers and internal teams, meeting deadlines for payment cycle</li>
<li>Account Receivable up dates from sales team&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>To input receipts into in-house midoffice system and SQL Accounting System.</li>
<li>To perform banking services.</li>
<li>To assist on administrative task - ticket</li>
<li>Any other duties that may be assigned by the superior on office administrative task.</li>
