About the role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Admin Cum Personal Assistant to join our team at TINKER STUDIO. This full-time role will provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to our executives, ensuring the smooth running of our daily operations.
What you'll be doing
<ul>
<li>Act as the personal assistant for the CEO.</li>
<li>Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for the executive team/manager/individual.</li>
<li>Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication.</li>
<li>Draft, format, and proofread documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.</li>
<li>Maintain filing systems, databases, and records and follow up pending response from clients.</li>
<li>Provide personal support, including managing personal appointments, handling personal correspondence, and coordinating personal tasks and errands.</li>
<li>Serve as a liaison between the executive team/manager/individual and other staff members, clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.</li>
<li>Assist in setting up and organizing events, meetings, and other activities.</li>
<li>Provide support to other departments as needed, ensuring smooth operations across the company</li>
<li>Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects and initiatives.</li>
<li>Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports or presentations for projects.</li>
<li>Assists Finance Team and Account Manager to prepare payment voucher, invoice, price quotation, etc.</li>
<li>Planning on purchase items like stationeries, pantry stocks, snack, company T-shirts and monitor the moment.</li>
<li>In charge person of company safety and cleanliness. Make sure all employees follow the SOP of the company.</li>
<li>Handle any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the employer</li>
</ul>

• Manage CEO&#x27;s calendar, calls, emails, docs, meetings and errands daily.
• Hands-on studio role supporting projects, events, finance and operations.
• Direct PA to the CEO with cross-team exposure, project ownership and visible impact!
