<li>Prepare cash flow statements and conduct bank reconciliations.</li>
<li>Lead financial planning for the corporation.</li>
<li>Track the company’s daily and monthly cash flow.</li>
<li>Create purchase orders for suppliers as well as process invoices and delivery orders.</li>
<li>Compile banking documentation for matters such as signatory changes auditors and legal counsel.</li>
<li>Oversee bank charge accounts.</li>
<li>Execute additional tasks as assigned by headquarters.</li>
<li>Keep an eye on overdue invoices and proactively follow up on late payments to maintain cash flow efficiency.</li>
<li>Ensure timely receipt of payments through effective customer communication and prompt resolution of any billing issues.</li>
<li>Actively reduce credit risk by evaluating customer creditworthiness and monitoring their account activities.</li>
<li>Inform customers about outstanding bills and quickly address any billing discrepancies.</li>
