Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Executive to support our sales operations across both online and offline channels. This role plays a key part in ensuring orders are processed accurately, customers are well-informed, and internal teams are aligned for smooth fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, verify, and process sales orders from both online and offline channels in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Coordinate closely with customers regarding:
    • Delivery schedules
    • Payment processes and confirmations
    • Exchanges, returns, and after-sales enquiries
    • General product or order-related questions
  • Liaise with internal teams, including Operations and Finance, to ensure orders are properly recorded, scheduled, and fulfilled.
  • Prepare and issue sales-related documentation, including:
    • Invoices
    • Delivery Orders (DO)
    • Quotations
    • Other relevant sales paperwork as required
  • Maintain accurate sales records and ensure proper documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
  • Support the sales team in day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales administration, sales support, or a similar role (fresh graduates with relevant internships may be considered).
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Comfortable handling both online and offline sales processes.
  • Detail-oriented with good organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP or CRM systems is an added advantage.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is an advantage, depending on customer base.
