Reporting to the Operations Manager, this full-time and permanent position is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our growth. &nbsp; Key responsibilities: &nbsp; <ul style="margin-bottom:11.0px"> <li>Review works prepared by the team to ensure completeness, requests are followed up in a timely manner and completed within scheduled delivery service</li> <li>Coach and train team members to enable them to carry out their roles effectively and efficiently</li> <li>Assist in handling company secretarial matters for various jurisdictions including offshore companies</li> <li>Ensure compliance with provisions of corporate enactments, statutory reporting / filing and corporate governance</li> <li>Prepare minutes, resolutions and statutory documents etc, (if and when required).</li> <li>Update and maintain statutory records (if and when required)</li> <li>Ensure documents and files are correctly named, saved and maintained in the database (if and when required)</li> <li>Provide KYC support and maintain KYC documentation (if and when required)</li> <li>Provide administrative support to the corporate secretarial teams in other offices (if and when required)</li> <li>Assist in preparing/reviewing/managing work pass administration including application, renewal, issuance and cancellation of Work Pass. (For Listed / Inhouse supports)] (if and when required)</li> <li>Any other ad-hoc duties.</li> </ul> &nbsp; Key requirements: &nbsp; <ul style="margin-bottom:11.0px"> <li>Degree /Diploma in business administration or law or related fields</li> <li>Recognized Degree / Diploma with MAICSA/ICSA qualifications or currently pursing MAICSA / ICSA will be an advantage.</li> <li>Good communication, critical thinking and problem solving skills</li> <li>Meticulous attention to fine detail and able to work to tight deadlines and multi-tasking.</li> <li>Independent and self-motivated.</li> <li>Ability to organise and prioritize work with minimum supervision.</li> <li>Strong team player</li> <li>Min of 2-5 years’ experience in corporate secretarial work and ability to handle portfolio independently will be an advantage.</li> <li>Experience in professional firms and in handling companies in various jurisdictions is an advantage</li> <li>Experience in handling listed companies is an added advantage.
