Associate/Senior Associate; FMCG Associate/Senior Associate - Business Operations

What you will do:

 Assist the Key Account Manager in developing and implementing strategic

account plans to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.

 Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, understanding their

needs, and addressing inquiries or concerns.

 Coordinate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, tech, data and user

support, to ensure timely delivery of products or services and resolve any

customer issues.

 Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records, including contact

information, sales activities, and customer interactions.

 Assist in monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and industry

developments to identify potential risks or opportunities for key accounts.

 Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports as required for client

meetings and internal reviews.

 Participate in customer meetings, business reviews, and conference calls to

provide support and gather feedback.

Job Requirements

To be successful in your application for the above positions ; 

 Previous experience in the related field(s) is preferred

 Must be willing to travel or possess own transport for work-related activities.

Occasionally be on-site during weekends.

 Strong time-management with the ability to exercise initiative, judgments, and

prioritize workload in a high-pressure, fast-moving, busy environment with multiple projects running concurrently.
