Associate/Senior Associate; FMCG Associate/Senior Associate - Business Operations
What you will do:
Assist the Key Account Manager in developing and implementing strategic
account plans to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, understanding their
needs, and addressing inquiries or concerns.
Coordinate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, tech, data and user
support, to ensure timely delivery of products or services and resolve any
customer issues.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records, including contact
information, sales activities, and customer interactions.
Assist in monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and industry
developments to identify potential risks or opportunities for key accounts.
Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports as required for client
meetings and internal reviews.
Participate in customer meetings, business reviews, and conference calls to
provide support and gather feedback.
To be successful in your application for the above positions ;
Previous experience in the related field(s) is preferred
Must be willing to travel or possess own transport for work-related activities.
Occasionally be on-site during weekends.
Strong time-management with the ability to exercise initiative, judgments, and
prioritize workload in a high-pressure, fast-moving, busy environment with multiple projects running concurrently.
