About Our Culture

We are Troopers! 

You Run the Show — Literally. Troopers power the people behind Malaysia's biggest events, from massive concerts and music festivals to fitness runs and brand activations. We’re looking for a fast-moving, ground-ready operator to join our Events &amp; Activations team. You’ll manage part-timer recruitment, handle live event ops, and make sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. If you thrive under pressure, love high-energy environments, and live to make things happen, you’re who we need.

<li>Own end-to-end event execution — client brief, recruitment, deployment, live-day ops, post-event wrap.</li>
<li>Lead on-ground recruitment — source, screen, and assign reliable part-timers for each gig.</li>
<li>Be the boss on-ground — be on-site to coordinate teams, solve problems, and make sure everything runs smoothly.</li>
<li>Client communications — act as the main contact before, during, and after the event. Manage expectations and deliver results.</li>
<li>Retain top talent — identify reliable crew members and re-engage them for future events.</li>
<li>Handle pressure like it is a breeze — juggle multiple events and tight timelines without losing control.</li>
<li>Report, improve &amp; repeat — provide post-event data, crew feedback, and learnings to sharpen future execution. </li>
