The Event Executive is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring they meet client expectations and company standards. This role involves liaising with clients and vendors, preparing proposals and quotations, overseeing event logistics, and providing on-site support.

✅ Event Planning &amp; Coordination
<ul>
<li>Assist in developing event concepts, themes, and proposals. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare detailed proposals and quotations tailored to client needs. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, venues, and partners to secure necessary services. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in preparing event schedules, floor plans, and layouts. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
✅ Client Servicing
<ul>
<li>Attend client meetings and maintain strong relationships to understand requirements. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide timely updates and manage expectations throughout the event process. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
✅ On-Site Event Management
<ul>
<li>Supervise event set-up, execution, and tear-down. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure all elements meet quality and safety standards. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Handle last-minute issues efficiently. &nbsp;</li>

✅ Administration &amp; Reporting
