Role Overview : 

Are you a people-person who loves solving problems, building relationships, and driving success? As a Business Operations Intern, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our key clients get the best experience with the Troopers App while learning the ins and outs of business operations and account management! 

Key Responsibilities : 

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts related to the Troopers App.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. You will proactively engage with key accounts to understand their goals and challenges, provide tailored solutions, and address any concerns or issues they may have.
• Act as a trusted advisor to key accounts, offering strategic guidance and insights to help them optimize their usage of the Troopers App and achieve their business objectives.
• Conduct regular account reviews with key accounts to assess their performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product development, and marketing.
• Identify oportunities to expand business with key accounts, including upselling additional features or services.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings in the industry.

Job Requirements

 Qualifications: 

• Strong communication and linguistic skills in English and Malay
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills; especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Solid problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Resourceful with a high level of initiative.
• Ability to multi-task several projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment
