Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Merchant Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding new merchants to expand our platform’s offerings and strengthen our market presence.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Prospect, identify, and acquire new merchants aligned with our strategic goals
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing partners
• Conduct market research to identify potential merchant segments and opportunities
• Present our platform’s value proposition effectively to prospective merchants
• Negotiate terms and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial collaborations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding processes
• Achieve and exceed acquisition targets and KPI metrics
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities

Job Requirements

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience in merchant acquisition, sales, or business development
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to analyze market data and identify opportunities
• Results-oriented with a passion for building partnerships
• Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated and proactive with excellent organizational skills
