Job Description:

• To ensure timely and effective delivery Human Resource services in the area of documents administration for all employees.
• To prepare letters and other required HR documents on timely basis.
• To ensure continuous upkeep and filing of up-to-date documents in the personal files.
• To handle new tasks assigned in respect of HR initiatives and projects.
• To verify, process and ensure Human Resource services are in accordance with Company's policy.

General:

• Any and all other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the superior/management.

Job Requirements

Job requirements:

• Students pursuing their studies in a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Studies/Management or equivalent.
• Computer Literate (MS Office)
• Good written and spoken English/ Bahasa Malaysia
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
