Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including maintaining store appearance, managing inventory, and conducting follow-ups after sales.
• Deliver outstanding customer service that reflects TROVE’s brand values.
• Guide customers with product suggestions and updates on the latest offerings.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Assist with sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and promotional events.
• Communicate customer feedback and insights to store management.
• Complete other assigned tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in premium retail or a comparable position.
• Enthusiastic about retail with excellent selling and communication abilities.
• Interest in fragrances and skincare; values high-quality products.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
• A collaborative team member with a friendly disposition and positive attitude.
• Basic computer skills and experience with POS systems.
