What You'll Be Doing: ● Addressing customer concerns and resolving disputes
● To reply after working hours (up to 10pm) - start on weekend
● Assist boutique/outlet to respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
● Answering client correspondences through email, social media, and by phone.
● Good communication skills including conflict resolution and friendly manners.
● Providing customers with clear instructions to resolve issues.
● Rerouting customer calls to other departments when advanced solutions are needed.
● Relaying extensive product information to customers for boutique/outlet staff.
● Curating streamlined email and social media communication mediums for offers, updates and much more.
● Helping customers choose the right product for their requirements and budget.
● Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience.
● Informing customers of upcoming promotions or deals
● Provide functional guidance, advice, information and to support Management on Customer Service-related
policies, procedures, and practise
● Conduct boutique/outlet visits every once per month.
● Assist at events run by the company.
● Conducting surveys and writing reports based on customer feedback on products and services.
● Filing customer records, including contact information, purchases, and billings.
●Conducting customer satisfaction surveys to understand what areas of the company’s services need
