Job Description
- Assist in daily accounting and administrative tasks
- Prepare and maintain accounting documents and filing systems
- Perform data entry and update financial records
- Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and related documents
- Support staff claims and reimbursement administration
- Assist with office administration, including purchasing and vendor coordination
- Handle general clerical tasks and ad-hoc administrative duties
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations
Job Requirements
- Fresh graduates and SPM leavers are welcome to apply
- Students pursuing Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields are encouraged to apply
- Basic knowledge of accounting is an advantage
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
