Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Prepare and manage client billing and invoicing across assigned group entities.</li>
<li>Monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable and customer ledgers.</li>
<li>Manage the full set of accounts for multiple entities across different jurisdictions, including general ledger, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.</li>
<li>Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparation of financial reports and consolidation schedules where applicable.</li>
<li>Prepare and present periodic management reports to support decision-making and financial planning.</li>
<li>Assist with corporate tax matters, including SST submissions, withholding tax, and annual tax filings in coordination with tax agents across relevant countries.</li>
<li>Liaise with company secretarial service providers to ensure timely submission of statutory documents and compliance with local regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Conduct account reconciliations and verify financial transactions.</li>
<li>Assist with budgeting, audit preparation, and financial analysis as needed.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams across departments and countries to enhance accounting workflows and documentation.</li>
<li>Perform ad-hoc finance and compliance-related tasks as assigned.</li>
