Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Attend outbound &amp; inbound calls in a courteous manner and provide excellent services to meet customers’ expectations and handle complaints effectively with confidence.</li>
<li>Attending administrative tasks, including responding to inquiries from the CS &amp; ASK mailboxes.</li>
<li>To perform telesales for all Insurance Product (Auto &amp; Credit Life)</li>
<li>To perform relief functions assigned during the absence of any team member</li>
</ul>
