<li>The candidate is responsible for the day to day customer service role dealing with customers, vendor.</li>
<li>The candidate is also required to perform administrative and documentation functions.</li>
<li>Continuously improve on the existing business process and work closely with the immediate superior to ensure long-term success of the Company.</li>
<li>Coordination with vendors and customers on shipment progress and delivery.</li>
<li>Preparation of shipping documents e.g. bill of lading, COO, Arrival Notice, Pre-alert, invoice etc</li>
<li>Update daily/weekly report to ensure following up document/shipment is up to date.</li>
<li>Other related import and export forwarding tasks.</li>
