RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul>
<li>Liaise with local &amp; regional customers via call, email or face to face.</li>
<li>Provide service and support to all customers' inquiries and complaints.</li>
<li>Processing and handling customer order.</li>
<li>Administration and reports generation.</li>
<li>Assist team lead or supervisor on all related matters.</li>
<li>Any other tasks or projects as assigned.</li>
</ul>
