Job Description

REASON TO JOIN THIS COMPANY:

• Attractive basic pay up to RM 2,500 - RM 2,800 (Degree fresh graduate or Diploma fresh gradate are welcome too)

• Normal office hours - Monday to Friday (10.30am to 7.30pm)
• 1 Month fixed bonus (total 13 months salary per annum)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Liaise with customers via call, email or face to face.
• Provide service and support to all customers' inquiries and complaints.
• Processing and handling customer order.
• Administration and reports generation.
• Inventory and stock management.
• Any other tasks or projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma /Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Excellent communication skill is preferred.
• Fresh graduate encourage to apply as training provided.
• Candidate must be willing to work at Capital Square Kuala Lumpur which is accessible by LRT/ Monorail and Bus.
• Good command in English, Bahasa and other Local Dialect.
• Full time position(s) available.
