Job Summary

• The Regional Promotion Manager oversees the full lifecycle of promotional governance across assigned markets.
• Ensuring all campaigns are strategically aligned, financially viable, and operationally ready. 
• Acting as the key liaison between local markets and corporate functions, this role manages proposal reviews, budget control, and cross-functional approvals to drive distributor engagement and sustainable sales growth. 
• The manager also provides post-promotion analysis and recommendations, while continuously improving workflows and standardizing best practices for efficient execution.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in sales operations or promotion management with regional exposure preferred; project management experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Expertise in evaluating market dynamics and recommending target strategies.
• Deep knowledge of direct selling business models and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to influence stakeholders.
• Proactive in risk anticipation and operational troubleshooting.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at balancing competing priorities.
